I use a similar tactic to āwordsā to encourage gentle progress. I use the habit-tracking app āHabitā (very creative name) and have a daily habit that is just āwrite.ā No word count pressure! Itās so freeing. Oh and also I put $1 in my Fun Fashion Fund for every time I cross it off ;)
