Clementine and Chloe are here!
Dear Readers,
It’s TODAY! On Her Terms is in stores and available for your ebook readers right now! If you’re in New York, DC, Minneapolis, or St. Louis, I hope you can make it to one of my upcoming events (see below for more details!). I say this a lot, but only because it’s true: I love seeing folks at events. I love seeing my friends and family and readers I’ve already met and readers who are brand new to me. I love when people bring their friends or their dates or their book clubs. I am one of those extroverted writers who feel their powers activate in the company of others! I absolutely LOVE conversations about books both with my conversation partners and with ALL OF YOU as I’m signing and chatting and all that other great stuff. So I hope to see you soon! (And to everyone who showed up last night in Los Angeles… THANK YOU!)
On Her Terms is about a lot of stuff! Yes, it is a fake dating book, and I know for many of you that is more than enough to get you excited! But it’s also about hitting your thirties and watching your friends get married and have kids and worry that your friendships can’t hold as you all go off in different directions. It’s about coming out in your thirties and finding your chosen family. It’s about the strength to be vulnerable and talk about feelings, even when we can all agree sometimes that feels horrible! It’s about finding someone who will defend you and make you laugh and sing showtunes with you and carry all the best private jokes for the two of you alone. Also cute pets!
One of my favorite romance authors and humans, Jasmine Guillory, had this to say:
Library Journal wrote a beautiful review:
Finally, in a starred review, Publishers Weekly had this to say:
Many folks have asked me if it’s available as an audiobook, and the good news is that it is! You can find it anywhere you find audiobooks! Lori Prince (who did an incredible job with the At Her Service audiobook) does the narration again, and she’s wonderful.
Here is all that tour info!
