Here we go again.
Dear Readers,
A new fire has broken out in Los Angeles. It’s far enough north of me that it isn’t a personal safety concern but I am of course worried in general and worried about the people directly affected and worried about the continuing bad air quality and worried worried worried. I thought I was already in my bleak place of how it would feel for that man’s administration to roll back in, but it feels worse than I expected.
I am worried but also I know how much power they gain in sucking the hope and willpower out of us and so I am also steeling myself and trying to just…keep at it. I hope all of you are able to keep at it too. I hope you are all safe!
If you’re looking to give and help out, I think our own communities are the best places. What’s around you? Who needs help? Let’s take care of each other.
I don’t know what else to say! I’m going to keep writing books about women getting happy endings. I am going to keep showing up for people! That’s what I’ve got!
OK here’s some book stuff. Like the fact that I am going on tour!!
PRETTY COOL. Here are some links for more info!
2/24 - Los Angeles - Skylight Books
2/25 - New York - Ripped Bodice
2/27 - DC - Loyalty Bookstores (this is in a pop-up location now! see graphic!)

3/1 - St. Louis - The Novel Neighbor
I think there is a perception that after many books, authors are ho-hum about events and new books and such. THEY ARE NOT THOUGH! I am not, at least. I am the least ho-hum you can imagine! It would mean THE WORLD to me to see your face at my events! So show up, folks! I’ll like it! And I always promise a good time, believe it or not, which I know feels risky to promise, but I know that book events have a reputation for being dry or yawny so I work so hard to keep them SUPER ENTERTAINING. I will work hard for you!
There is also a Goodreads giveaway for On Her Terms!
I had other things to talk about LIKE WRITING but, man, what a year (Lemon, it’s January 23, blah blah). I look forward to catching up more with you on other topics soon. FINGERS CROSSED.
I hope you are as well as can be all things considering (my eternal greeting for some time, huh).
xoxoAmy
