Dear Readers,
Saturday, August 17, is Bookstore Romance Day, which is a celebration of indie bookstores and romance novels — the writers, the readers, the booksellers, etc. I love writing and reading and buying romance, so obviously this is a good day for me. It MAY involve some fast/furious driving, though to be honest, I enjoy that too. I love driving! I love my car! I love beating Waze’s ETA!
I am THRILLED to be taking part of celebrations at two different Los Angeles bookstores, and I am hoping you’ll be able to join me at one of them!
Firstly, at Pages in Manhattan Beach:
I am SO excited about this — look at this lineup!! You know it’s gonna be a very good time, and Pages is such a cute store in such a beautiful area. Join us if you can!
Afterward, I will be driving frantically to Chevalier’s in Larchmont!!
This lineup is also amazing! I would also love to see y’all here! I’m not asking you to drive across town frantically, though. Just saying, whether you live west- or eastside, I would like to see you in the appropriate neighborhood.
